What each plan includes, where you see your usage, what happens at a limit, and what happens when a licence on your own server ends.

At a limit

| Events a day | Ingestion is refused for the rest of the day and the agent retries. Nothing is lost while its queue holds, so the effect is a delay, not a gap. |
| People | Creating another account is refused until one is removed. |
| File scans | Further scans are refused until the oldest of the last seven days ages out. A scan already running finishes. |
| Packet capture | Starting another capture is refused until earlier minutes age past seven days. One already running finishes. |
| Retention | Older resolved findings move to the archive. Evidence you already exported is unaffected. |
Your data is never deleted because of a limit.
Moving to another plan
Section titled “Moving to another plan”Paid plans are invoiced under an order form or a contract. In Uzbekistan invoices are in soums, at the Central Bank rate on the invoice date. Tell us which plan you want through Contact. Your data and settings stay where they are.
A licence on your own server
Section titled “A licence on your own server”A platform on your own server carries a signed licence with its plan, people, event quota, features and end date.
Bank & Gov is billed by what a month used. The platform reports nothing to Legit AI, so an administrator reads the month from GET /api/platform/billing/usage-statement?year=2026&month=10, and both sides sign it as the usage act.
After the end date the console stays open for ten days, then closes for sign-in. Protection does not stop: collection, detection and stored data carry on, so the network is not left unwatched and nothing is lost. Renewing the licence opens the console again.
